• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or if false information is found.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Babu Baji is not liable for the following:

• If a game is disrupted due to an internet disconnection.
• If loss occurs due to an issue with the user's own device.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
